Never let it be said that Australian's don't know how to have a good time. Australians are up in arms about their prime minister, Kevin Rudd, visiting Scores New York last year and funding the trip with taxpayer dollars. Rudd topped the list of individuals displaying most "un-Australian" behavior of 2007, as voted by a popular Australian magazine men's magazine.
Australian's are up in arms about Rudd's trip, but not because their tax dollars paid for it. Apparently, as far as Australians are concerned -- you're free to party with some of the world's most beautiful women on their dime -- but you damned well better enjoy it!
The magazine's editor, Paul Merrill, said "we're all glad to see the back of (John) Howard, but when it emerged that Rudd had behaved like a perfect gentleman during his strip club adventure, it's poor form. He also left within an hour, so he didn't even get his round in."
